I recently got a Verizon prepaid Intensity phone from Walmart last week. I made a call after 9pm because the plan information said that weeknight calls (9pm-5:59am) and weekend calls didn’t cost anything. I made the call at 10pm and saw on my balance I still got charged the .99 for the day. Anybody else deal with this?

I have verizon cell phone that was bought and used with a pre-paid plan. Now the contract time is up and I was wondering if I could use the same phone to switch to verizon’s inpulse pay-as-you-go plan.

i tried the *67 but they called me and they are really anoying. I asked them to lose my number and they won’t i need to block them as soon as possible! I would like to kno if i could do it by myself…without calling verizon to block but if i have to i will! I have the Lg voyager from verizon!

My boyfriend gave me a new phone today and I want to switch it over from home, for free. They are both Verizon, so how do I do this?

My picture messaging is blocked and I would like to know how to unblock it online. I have an online Verizon Account and I cannot seem to figure out how to unblock picture messaging.
(And no, it isn’t under ‘add/change features’)

I just got my verizon prepaid razr, and I need to know how I view how many minutes i have left. Where do I go to view them?

I put it through the washing machine last week and it still wont turn on. I don’t have the money for a new phone, just wondering if i went to a verizon store could they somehow show the texts ive missed?

My phone is really crappy and I have had it replaced twice and it’s broken again. The manager of the Verizon store said that I could buy any refurbished Verizon phone for free. So, where do I find the refurbished phones that are sold by Verizon?

My best friend has a Verizon cell phone and says that Verizon is free if you call another Verizon phone. I want to get the Verizon PREPAID phone at walmart. Will I still have unlimited minutes if I call another Verizon phone?

I’m pretty sure you can, but I’m not sure what to press once I am at the voice mail that I want to forward. I have Verizon, and I want to forward the voice mail to my friend who has Verizon also. Please help!
