My boyfriend and I have a family plan and we upgraded our phones 3 months ago and then just recently changed our plan to Myfaves. For some reason the Myfaves menu is not showing up on my phone ( A Motorola W490). When I looked on Tmobile.com it told me it was hidden and to go to Menu-Settings-MyFave settings, but there is no Myfaves settings on my phone and I know the phone is compatable. Any ideas before I have to get on the phone with support?

I’ve never owned one before, but am thinking of purchasing one. Is there any extra money involved (monthly fee or otherwise) other than just buying the unit itself? How does this work?
Main reason I asked — Consumer Reports mentions something about advertisments in a Garmin unit "unless you pay the monthly fee". Weird, huh?

I hate my Sprint Blackberry for one reason and one reason only – I can’t send picture messages. It drives me crazy! Does anyone know if Sprint has future plans to allow Blackberry picture messaging in the future?

The guy at the sprint store showed me how to figure out what provider the person you are sending uses and email it to them – but thats a pain in the rear!

I up-loaded video’s from my mobile onto my computer but they for some reason won’t open on any program :S If anyone knows how to solve this or could suggest a free video converter so I can open them on my computer it would be appreciated

Also It says they’re ‘mp4′ video’s if that’s relevant in any way

Is there a website I can send free ringtones to my phone? Or free songs? I’m mainly looking for songs but either one will work, I would like some funny ringtones too. Thanks!
I have the Motorola W490 and I cannot get on to the internet and for some reason my computer won’t recognize it so is there a place where I can just send it in a message to my phone?

Where can i get instructions for a samsung max s520 stereo on the net – free if possible – don’t want to pay for it nor wait for it to be delivered, so would like and electric version or copy of them on the net.

The reason I ask is because I have recently moved the stereo into another room and am getting no sound from the stereo? and am not sure which speaker leads go into which port at the back of the radio?

i bought an insignia blu ray player that has wireless built into it but for some reason it wont connect to the internet in my house. does anybody know how to help me to connect it to the internet?

I have sprint, and i have cute vids that i took of my daughter that i would love to upload onto facebook! But for some reason i cant figure out how. I did the text message thing like i would if i updated my status..but when i do a video..nothing gets posted?…..any idea what im doing wrong or what i need?

I have a blackjack2, I use myxertones for my ringtones, I get free ones and make my own, for some reason there is drm, it reads "mp2/drm" How do I remove the drm so I can bluetooth it to my other phone. This only started when I got the blackjack2, the blackjack1 didn’t have the drm.
