Does anyone know how to pair this bluetooth hands free with my cellphone ?

Author: I’ve a bluetooth hands free ,but i lost its catalog and its box. It’s very small with only three buttons (ok, volume up/down) and it has this word written on it: "unIon". My cellphone is "Nokia 5300 XpressMusic". When i search for bluetooth devices it doesnt appear. May you tell me how to pair it with my cellphone ?

Will I be able to use Nokia 5300 as an MP3 player after the phone service is terminated?
I have a Nokia 5300 XpressMusic phone from T-Mobile. It works quite well also as an MP3 player + FM radio. But I am wondering what will happen when my T-Mobile contract is over and I want to switch to Verizon with a new phone? Will I still be able to use this Nokia phone as an MP3 player + radio?
