For some reason the Myfaves menu is not showing up on my phone ( A Motorola W490). When I looked on Tmobile.com it told me it was hidden and to go to Menu-Settings-MyFave settings, but there is no Myfaves settings on my phone and I know the phone is compatable. Any ideas before I have to get on the phone with support?

I can play them, but it goes through some Sprint Music store application. I know it costs money to buy the songs, but if you already have them on the card, is it free to play them, or do they charge the the web access? Or is it web access?
