I used the BB Desktop Manager to Back up my contacts but I don’t know what else to do to get it to my phone. Please help!

I have a BlackBerry Pearl 8130. I have a ton home videos that I recorded and want to transfer onto my computer do I can download them onto a CD. I figured out how to put them on via the desktop manager and play them on my computer, but I would like a way to be able to have them on a CD to watch on TV. Is this possible? All help appreciated, thanks!
