Some guy is trying to sell me an unlocked iphone clone for 0.00. Does anybody think that this is worth it?

Looking to add them onto a Family Plan, and I am wondering if there are additional charges that I would have to pay if I were to get an iPhone or Blackberry and be able to web browse, get email, GPS, etc. Or can I just connect to an outside source? Please be specific. Thanks!

I want to know what it means to tether your iPhone? And do you have to jailbreak it or unlock it? I have the new iPhone with 3.1 firmware. Is there any good sites or videos that show you how?

Hello:
I would like my iPhone to have calls go straight to voice-mail while I am using apps such as XM/Sirius. These apps need network connectivity so turning airplane mode on is not an option. Now, if I get a call while listening to the app the phone shuts the app of and I have to then go back to the apps and restart everything.
