How do i make samsung home theater broadcast my PS3 audio?

I got my samsung series 5 hdtv connected to PS3 via HDMI and my PS3 to the hdtv via HDMI as well. Problem is sound. PS3 sound is not detected by Home theater. How do i fix this?

    Samsung Home theater doesn’t support audio via HDMI, so you have to connect optical cable from PS3 to system for sound.
