How do you use bluetooth to send files FROM your computer TO your cell phone?

Author: is it possible to send music files or pictures to a bluetooth compatable cell phone from a computer? or do you have to have the USB and everything else? i have a motorola slvr L7c, if it matters… and i was hoping i could transfer things wirelessly rather than buying the cable

Good news – you can transfer files from your computer to your PC using bluetooth, and won’t have to buy a usb cable.
1. First you’ll need to make sure your PC has a BlueTooth adapter, which will allow it to recognize other BlueTooth devices such as your RAZR phone.
2. Next you’ll need to configure your phone’s BlueTooth settings to make it visible to your PC. On a Motorola Razr you’ll select the following menus (or check your user manual for instructions for your phone, which should be very similar):
Settings –> Connection –> BlueTooth Link –> Setup –> Find Me
3. Once your computer and phone recognize each other, navigate to your photos on your phone, highlight a photo and select the Copy menu. You’ll see a list of BlueTooth devices.
4. Select your PC as the destination and copy away. You’ll need to repeat these steps for each photo.
