How do you unblock picture messaging on a Verizon cell phone?

Author: My picture messaging is blocked and I would like to know how to unblock it online. I have an online Verizon Account and I cannot seem to figure out how to unblock picture messaging.
(And no, it isn’t under ‘add/change features’)

call into customer care, i kno u said online but the blocks should be in the features or go to my services then to verizon safeguards, if its not in there then call in, i work for verizon and in our systems the block is in the features
