Almost any bluetooth USB dongle will do, but I recommend a 3com one as the software and drivers that comes with them is excellent.
My last one was a wavelink but the drivers were a bit crappy so I wouldn’t recommend it, however I was able to send and recieve files, worked with Nokia Connection Suite and connect my laptop to the Internet over GPRS so I can’t really complain.
