How do you set ringtones for the Verizon Wireless Motorola L7c phone?

Author: I have a motorola L7c phone and I send my ringtones via email by a picture text message. However, the ringtone goes to the sounds section, and there are no options to save it as a ringtone. Is there a possible way for me to move the ringtone to the ringtones section? Or any other ways to get ringtones on my phone?

well you can upload song to your phone by using media player an if you want to make it as a ringtone you clip the song down to 30 seconds at any part of the song you like or go to a site that send ringtones.
as far as I know verizon phones won’t let you do that, you have to buy it from thier programs or you can’t use it.
